I didn"t like that the delivery person put it under our doormat, rather than waiting for my mother, who is a pensioner, to get to the door

I got my order delivered in a timelly time. But, I sent you about maybe missing the hand held pump. May be it was to be separately shipped. Can it be ordered or was it missing in the shipment I got.

I was expecting at least one vacuum pump with the bags. Imagine my disappointment 😞

Never received my items, supposedly they were delivered to a address in Lima, OH.
