A Wee Bamboozled:( Yet, Not Anymore!!!!
eCosmetics.com is a wonderful website with great products. It's become my go-to site for ordering skincare online. However, I was unable to utilize a 25% off discount code and a $25 gift card at the time of purchase. This policy was never make clear to me. I'm disappointed. I feel a wee bamboozled :( 1/4/26, three days later . . . Here's my revised edit: Have you ever heard of customer service calling you to resolve the issue you complained about in your review of them? Unheard of, right? eCosmetics did just this - called me! - therefore, I am beyond impressed with this company. Excellent selection of authentic skincare brands AND stellar customer service. eCosmetics resolved my issue (detailed above) in a manner that exceeded my expectations. I tell you honestly, dear shopper, from this day forward I am a satisfied and loyal eCosmetics customer!

I find your website to be excellent. The unfortunate thing is many products I like are out of stock.
