I’d ordered 6 palettes of eyeshadow
I’d ordered 6 palettes of eyeshadow. When they arrived, 4 of the 6 were unfortunately obliterated into a powdery mess inside of the box. Once notified, customer care quickly reached out & made it right. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Great company, great products and customer service!
Just received my products from ecosmetics! They came in a timely manner, customer service was very experienced and helpful. Products were boxed nicely. All in all a great experience! I even got a gift! I will definitely be using ecosmetics in the future.
