Great prices but more importantly great Customer Service. I always seem to need a little bit of help when using their promo codes. Their reps are always there to help and make sure I receive their advertised discounts. Highly recommend!

I ordered three products from eCosmetics. Shipping was slow, but that isn't the problem. One item arrived in the correct packaging but the packaging was almost entirely empty, and one item was only partially full. These are all products I've used before repeatedly, and I know how full the packaging should be.

Excellent Customer Service. Although my item came broken, I was able to get refunded and it was an amazing process.
