I just had a delivery delivered to my daughter from the Avondale location. Jamie was the delivery person. She went above and beyond with kindness and A1 customer service. My daughter also said the fruit was fresh and delicious!! Thank you

OMG! I ordered on a Monday from Michigan to have a arrangement in Indiana, for a very important milestone. on Friday. After 3 hours of tracking telling me out for delivery. I called the store, they checked with the driver, and noticed the order form was not in sight, and was not made. Finally after delivery was made at 5:24 pm, My niece sent me a picture of it and it was not the size I ordered. I have picture if you want to see it.

Absolutely the worst. Delivery was not made (even though there is a front desk manned all the time). The manager said that they would not attempt to deliver again because I had free delivery(I had no idea I had that) but my 83 year old grand mother could come to the store and pick it up (she has no car). They would attempt one more delivery if I paid the delivery fee of $14.99, but they would only attempt one delivery even if I paid. Out over $100.00 and what I ordered was not delivered. They refuse to issue a refund. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!

I could give them zero star!! I’ve ordered a BD chocolate and card and ballon.. they never delivered ballon, I called them and they said it’ll be delivered right away.. they didn’t… called the day after.. they said we can deliver it today!!! Their service is unacceptable, hold time on the phone is very very long.. I never ever will use their service again!! Very disappointed.

Customer service was Amazing! Took care of a issue fast. Contacted me several times to be sure. New Store just opened and short staffed plus new computer system ...ugh...! But Harry at the Bel Air Md. store took care of it and made sure it was delivered and he checked ! Very happy thank you!

I didnt even want to put 1 star cause they deserve any! I ordered on Thursday assuming by sunday at the latest the gift would get there even tho it said it would deliver on Saturday, today is Tuesday and it shows its still pending I then call to see whats going on, they tell me its my fault because i ordered from an independent store (how could i know that if i just went to google and it takes me to the official edible arrangements website, where i placed the order) or the item i ordered was only available at the closest store which none of that should truly effect the order So all they want to offer is a full refund or ship the item back out when they werent even sure if the item was available to begin with I spoke with 2 reps and a manager and the most consistent conclusion i had was they dont care at all. Hand over fist with the money, pay the employees just enough pennies to show up but not enough to care Its really a shame what the world is coming to

I'd give negative stars if I were able My mother in law lives in Florida, while we reside in Northern Michigan. I ordered them to be delivered saturbefore Mother's Day. They still haven't been delivered and I've been on hold now for over an hour just trying to find out why. I paid extra to have them delivered Saturday and they never showed up or called. The only email they sent says they processed the order but the status never changed. Terrible service and the other reviews.... atrocious. I am reporting to the BBB and will NEVER order from EA or 1-800-Flowers! Local shops have my business from now on!

Unfortunately this was a horrible experience! The gift I ordered from the Denville,NJ location was delivered to the wrong location. When I called to inquire i was given an attitude like it was impossible. I was told with an attitude to call the recipient and make sure they didn't receive it. The recipient said "no". I called back and again was given an attitude. The guy acted like he could care less. I was told Doordash delivered it and they would have to contact them. Their website says nothing about using Doordash, it says they deliver in their own refrigerated vans. 1 hour and 45 minutes later the guy called back saying they fixed the problem with Doordash and it will be delivered. No apology given, but again I was given an attitude. The recipient told me when it was finally delivered the delivery guy was rude. Nice way to ruin my bosses Mother's Day. They claim to guarantee happiness, well they definitely don't! I will never use them again.
