Our 9 year old granddaughter absolutely loves all the great (stuffies) she gets in her boxes. Her mom was so impressed by the quality of them. They enjoy learning all about the different animals, in detail. You have made a very satisfied Grandma. I will be subscribing another box for a Christmas present for my other granddaughter.who is 8.

Sticker plus other items were missing from subscription box. I messaged customer service. They were supposed to ship the items even sent an invoice saying the items were going to be sent. They never came. This wasn’t the first time items have been missed and never showed up.

My kids look forward to getting the box every month and are so excited to get their stuffies and read the book. My daughter loves the crafts that come with the kids and the little activity book. My only wish is that there is an option to get a figurine instead of a plushie - My kids love the plushies but having been getting boxes for over a year we are overrun with stuffies! I would also love if there was more information or an activity about the ecosystem(s) that the animals are a part of.

We also really appreciate your suggestions. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience for our subscribers. We love the idea of offering a figurine option for long-term subscribers, and we'll also share your suggestion about including more information and activities focused on each animal's ecosystem with our team.
