Darse de baja, misión imposible.

Sospecho que la única manera de darse de baja es puntuando mal en sitios como este. A ver si tengo la suerte que tienen otras personas de conseguirlo aquí. Para darte de alta, el sistema es muy ágil y funciona perfecto. Para darte de baja no se puede hacer en la web. Hay que llamar a un número de teléfono en el que el sistema no reconoce tu número de efax y te pasa con una grabadora que pide disculpas por no poder atender. Hay otro teléfono de contacto, pero empieza por 902.... En fin un timo. Me di de alta para probar el servicio y a pesar de aparecer como enviado correctamente el fax, no lo recibieron. Desconozco la razón técnica y a estas alturas no me interesa. Espero que no me hagan el cobro del servicio, ya que no lo he utilizado. Editado en 16/03/2020: El día 14/03/2020 ha llegado al correo la factura de 18€ por los servicios. Aunque no he permitido que se haga el cargo, solicito un email diciendo que ese cargo no se va a realizar y que la cuenta ha sido dada de baja antes de la fecha de finalizacion de la prueba. Sino, ya me podéis indicar como puedo obtener una hoja de reclamación.

Hola Daniel Muchas gracias por su revisión, lamentamos que haya tenido problemas para comunicarse con nosotros, podemos confirmar que su cuenta ahora está completamente cerrada y no se han cargado cargos ya que todavía estaba en la versión de prueba gratuita. Al revisar sus registros de envío, podemos ver que el fax se muestra como enviado correctamente, si desea una copia de sus registros para sus registros, estaremos encantados de enviarlos. Super helpful and efficient
I was using this account for work, but am resigning and do not have a personal need for the account. I reached out via chat support to cancel my account - Glaiza C was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient - a couple minutes and my needs were met. I've had a great experience in general with eFax and would recommend.

Easy to use, easy to close
