Geat Service, Unchanged After Twenty Years
I needed a fax service, temporarily due to my brother's untimely death, since, as executor, I have had legal documents in need of quick and secure transmission. And I had an ill neighbor whose spouse need medical records transmitted quickly, which I handled with dispatch. Twenty years ago while operating several businesses I used this fax service and felt that verified my current trust and use. And so it has been.

I called for customer assistance to add an email account
I called for customer assistance for the first time in a year. I spoke with Eleonora and in less than 2 minutes, issue resolved. It was easy and pleasant. eFax has been a pleasure to work with.

Faxing service works well but room for improvement
Faxing service works well. Some incompatibility with some browsers, but there is an option to send faxes by email and by iOS app. The website also seems a little dated in how the website is navigated and faxes are organised. The price is very affordable however it is not clear that “adding a number” doubles the monthly fee. Adding a number can be done online, but changing numbers and stopping a number can not be done online. The customer service team are very pleasant but all based in a Europe or North America , awkward for those of us in Asia.

Very kind reception and Carmen M. precented the alternatives to my u nsubscription clearly.I would have taken her offer if I weren´t all 71 years old and retiring from the business!

I would just like to say that I phoned…
I would just like to say that I phoned up eFax in a panic thinking that they were still charging me after I had cancelled my account. After a relatively short wait I got through to a gentleman who attended to my call in a very professional manner and with patience explained that the account had been cancelled for a year. I realised my error. I had an old credit card statement in front of me. I apologised profusley and the person in question was very gracious and understanding. I apologise for thinking the worst. I am posting this because I probably posted a negative review in the past!

ich will mein eFAX Konto schließen und habe schon mehrmals angerufen. leider hebt nie jemand ab und im Internet liest man nur schlechte Bewertungen von dieser Firma.
