The company charges you monthly fee after free trial without any notification. This is a bit annoying. But I appreciate the CS guy's patience and willingness to help me cancel the account.

Called to cancel based on some issues, error found and support team explained why. Additional month free extended to keep and test out, thought this was a nice touch..

Fungerer simpelthen ikke. Kan ikke opdatere betalingskort detailjer. Ingen mulighed for hverken telefonisk eller skriftlig at komme i kontakt med firmaet får at få løst DERES problem. Enhver kontakt besvares med et AUTO svar. Komplet uforståeligt at et privat drevet firma har den kvalitet og holdning til kundeservice.

Make sure to call them if you want to cancel your subscription. You can't cancel online and they will send you an autoreply if you send your cancellation. The autoreply will tell you that you need to call them, but if you, as most people, don't read autoreplies which you expect to be confirmations of receipt, then they will keep charging you.

Our canceallation process should be straighg forward, email or call to cancel Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) and we will action yoir request. Testphase aufpassen ein mal kredit kart daten in deren händen wird immer wieder unberechtigt benutzt , abgezockt und kündigung ist nicht durchführbar iregendwelche fehler und über kundenservice geht komische weise auch die kündigung nicht.
