the initial use was excellent.
the initial use was excellent. had difficulty cancelling originally and when my card notified me that it was charged , i quickly called and connected with Mariana. she is and was a professional representative that listened to my needs and resolved the issue and was supportive and respectful throught. If i wasnt retired, I would hire her away from efax!! excellent service
