they never give a date when the product will…arrive
they never tell when the product will arrive. They have my money 3 weeks. I will never buy again.

I expected to receive the pump as well…
I expected to receive the pump as well as the bags, because what use are the bags otherwise? I am waiting to see how much it would cost to buy the pump since it was not included with the bags.
