No good take your money and don’t ship . On back order for 3 months and they charge a restocking fee 20% and won’t let you substitute a mother item SCAM

Ordered N95 and waited like 4 months or so, so I decided to cancel and asked for a refund, 10% they changed. If I knew they didn't have the mask in stock, I would not place an order to begin with at all! This is real a scam, misleading people into thinking that they have the mask in stock as they list it on their website and allow people to order it. Don't order anything and don't support this kind of shameless company.

I ordered masks n95 that never said it was out of order and never received them after 3 months. I then had no choice to cancel, to find out even though it is there company that decided to use a credit card company to take my money i was not fully refunded. I explained it would of been better to say sorry to me and explain nicely instead it felt i was being spoken at too. You would think since they made tons of money during the covid-19 they would of made a exception and waved the 10%. The person said we loose money. I do not believe they are Chapter 7 bankruptcy out to close the company. There reply was we did not have to refund you and there was no promise time to send you your product. Wow do not order or it could take up to a year or more.

The prices for my purchases were lower than anywhere, including Amazon. In addition, shipping time and short.

I appreciated ordering an item I could not find anywhere else at the time.

I didn't receive my order for nearly 3 months or any notification that it was on backorder, so I finally canceled it. EIO kept 10% of my refund!

I was very pleased to get my order. Covid-19 put a huge wait time in shipping but was shipped in a timely manner. A great company.
