The product had terrible pictures, an inaccurate description, and only worked because I was able to manipulate the wiring a bit. Also it was WAY over priced for a knock off product that should have been half what the original one goes for. Also nobody wants to pay for shipping these days....figure out how to stop doing that. Ex....free shipping over $50 or something. BUT! The return/exchange process was very good and handled with confidence. One last negative is the CONSTANT email reminders for me to leave a review. Stop bugging people....if they want to leave a review they will.

Product is fine, but part of the order came here and the other part shipped somewhere else. Delayed customer delivery as it wasn't re-routed for a day or two plus transit. Fortunately my customer wasn't in a down situation. Just delayed the job. Prior orders were accurate and timely or I would have rated lower for the incident.

It would be nice if an order had more information than "pending". Pending what? Any sort of ETA?

for some reason you didn't give Fedex my street address and they had to call me for it and delivered my package a day later than originally planned.

Fast service and great prices. However, shrink fitting connectors are poor quality and take an excessive amount of extreme heat to seal.

Items shipped fairly quickly. I was not happy with one of the items and that has not been resolved. Still waiting for an alternative product for substitution.

Is it fair to rate on the first order? Nov 09 ordered 4 PKs of product 766053C should be natural in color. That is what I ordered and what appears on the packing slip. However, I recd 4 PKs of black, not natural color on Nov 16. Sent msg and called, said they would send replacement. Sent msg on Nov 29 for update. Dec 02 recd replacements. I think they may be better than this, but on the first order they failed for order delivery and timeliness of customer service. 16 days for a replacement is not service.
