I received my order and I love the quality

Ordered a JD advent, website shows 24 actual minature bottles, what i got was 24 cardboard cutouts! Asked to return it and was told have to pay $20, AVOID

I ordered a knife set in 2025-06-12 as of yet not received a thing I have been tracking this it for months 2025-07-07 Oxford 27565 was the last thing I heard nothing now

Ordered ornaments and they arrived unassembled. Would not have purchased for the price had I known.

My order was sent completely wrong.I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service to resolve the issue. All I get is an email promising to take care of the problem. This has gone on for a month. No one is the least bit concerned about making sure my $100.00 order is correct. Beware of ordering.

Worst piece of overpriced ornaments that arrived with no instructions on how to put together. One ornament had opened in shipping, boxes strewed about instead of being glued in place. I can't find a picture of how they were supposed to look, but these came with loose ribbons, loose boxes. In addition, while these cheap two piece plastic ornaments were priced at $16.99 each, the initial order summary had no prices on it. Then another order summary from PayPal with total price of $65.31. $50.97 for three ornaments, $4.85 S&H, and $7.96 tax (PA tax should have been $3.35). Just a rip off, and a lesson well learned. I will NEVER order from a post on FB again, and I will caution others to be aware whenever I see any other 'sale' on FB. I could have purchased better quality locally for sure.

I'm trying to contact the but there is no place to fill out any questions or statements. I ordered christmas ornaments and one is broken and I can't get in touch with them. If you have an email address that works please send it to me. Thanks

Product delivered in damaged condition. No way to reach company. Tried to reset password over several days and always a “failed message.”
