A genuine manufacturing defect typically manifests immediately upon receipt of the product. Since your battery had been in use for a considerable period, its current performance is more likely attributable to normal degradation over time through regular charging cycles, rather than a production fault. Nevertheless, we have proposed a solution: we kindly ask you to measure the battery voltage. Should the readings indicate any abnormality, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue for you.
