During medical evaluations, providers use their clinical judgment to determine the qualifying condition that best aligns with the information discussed during the appointment and the patient’s medical history. While patient input is important and always considered, the final certification decision — including the qualifying condition listed — is made at the provider’s discretion. Hi there! Thank you for your feedback—we completely understand how this could feel confusing, and we’re happy to clarify what’s happening. Our Full Service option allows our team to fill out your state application on your behalf, but in this case we weren’t able to complete that step because the state portal password provided wasn’t working and the selfie on file didn’t meet the state’s upload requirements. We reached out a few times to request the updated information, but didn’t receive a response, so the application couldn’t be submitted yet. Regarding the physical card add-on: as soon as the state approves your application and you receive your approval PDF, just send that to us and we’ll have your card printed and mailed right away. We appreciate your business and hope this clears up any confusion.
