1st and only time ordering from this place

I ordered from this company for the first time and have had the hardest time receiving my package. I was so please with the items I ordered, but I'd be more pleased if receiving my package was just as easy as it was for them to deduct my money from my account. My items were shipped to me once then sent back to the company and they had to resend it and I still have not received my items. At this point they are telling me there is nothing they can do to help for me to obtain my purchase, I have to do the leg work. As a consumer this is not the way I like to conduct business and I am very dissatisfied. I have not had this issue ordering from any other hair sites. I placed am order on Samsbeauty.com after purchasing with this company and received my purchase with 5-7 business days as promised without any issues or my having to physically track down my package. It was delivered to my door as I requested just like the package for this company. I am very very disappointed.
