ElevateStyles shipped this product over to me in decent packaging and in a timely manner; my main concern is with the item itself. This is the most ratty looking ponytail that I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I threw it in the garbage right after I opened the packaging. Sensationnel should be ashamed of selling this item to people.

My girlfriend wanted some real hair wigs and after reading reviews I thought that I would give Elevate Styles a try. Ordering was easy and I like that they have a "final sale" page where we can try out different brands, blends of real and artificial hair and stuff. Just got the package (pretty fast) but we haven't gotten together to she what she thinks of the wigs. I thought that Elevate Styles could improve their "color" dots or have a sample page showing what "TT25" looks like but other than that was a good experience.

Thanks to you, Elevate Styles, my daughter's hair looks good! She loves it, and I like working with this hair. The hair was delivered very quickly, and the whole ordering process was easy and carefree. I was able to do her hair way before her graduation. I really appreciate the fast service and excellent products that you sell. Again, thanks so much.

It was made poorly. I have a loose track it shreds bad. There is half a track thata sticking out
