My orders came in earlier as was said. The only issues that l have is that only one pant was my seize. I ordered xxL but what l needed were xxxL because of my hips. I will even prefer x4.

The wig that i was sent, did not look like the one in the picture that was advertised. The one in the picture was a long bob that went to the shoulders almost, the one i was sent goes to the chin. I also ordered the edge brushes that comes 4 in a pack and i was sent one big edge brush. I am truly disappointed. This is my first bad experience that I have had with this website.

Elevate Styles is not very responsive to problems. I’m glad other people have had good experiences with them, because I am done ordering through this company. Their website is obnoxious and makes ordering anything difficult with the constant pop-ups. Additionally, they have either been out of stock or incorrectly charged my payment method at least 3 times. The most recent order took a week to even ship, and it is missing most of my items. I have sent multiple messages to Elevate Styles, and no one has responded with any information as to why my order is missing items (again).

Your customer service is great! Swift prompt to many concerns. Awesome, Knowledge of stock also the delivery is fast! Quality of merchandise is incredible.

Even with Covid19 Elevates is still on top when it comes to their service!!!
