First Time Customer; First Impression Not Good
I have not recieved my order as of yet. Ordered July 18; order was shipped July 20, but it is July 25, but no package. The couriers' tracking information says " Package recieved acceptance pending", and has said that for 5 days now. USPS First Class delivers in three days at least. Given the world situation at the moment, I understand delays. However, this is unacceptable to me especially because shipping cost of my order was $10.00 (the item cost was twice that). As per Elevate Style's policy, I will give it another few days, then request a refund.
