Wasn't able to receive the color i wanted but the hair arrived and the quuality was good. There is a new hair smell(strong) and the was no gift like a crochet needle or something even though I spent a 8pks of two different styles and also 2 packs of bundle. I would purchase again if i needed to

First I want to say Elevate has amazing website to look at I really like all the variety and the speed of the delivery.... Downfall is this is going to be now my third or fourth order and I've noticed that every time I order I always seem to get at least one wig out of my order that is nothing like the stock card and nothing like the website and I'm very disappointed about that because I don't think it is fair that we purchase things and it's not what it's supposed to be to me that's false advertisement I have sent a email to customer service and I have not got a response because again I'm very dissatisfied with two wigs out of my last two purchases I purchased seven wigs in the month of June or eight wigs and out of those purchases two of them was completely nothing like the website or the stock card
