I was a little concerned with the time that passed on filling the order and when it got mailed.I must say it still arrived on time.I contacted the vendor and got a response immediately. Overall a great experience.

In the tracking says that the package…
In the tracking says that the package was delivered but i never received it. Its a 100€ package i can’t loose it!

Package not received
Hello, The package was marked as delivered on September 01, but I have not received anything. the tracking number cannot be found and is not identified on service global e tracking. I would like to know which company will deliver my parcel as I live in Switzerland ! You haven't answered my question at all, which carrier is going to take care of the delivery of the parcel here in Switzerland - the post office, DHL, fedex? What transport, where is the package nothing is clear I'll have to keep writing about my feelings on trustpilot to get a correct answer. What's the problem, it's impossible to communicate! Very poor after-sales service
Very poor after-sales service! I ordered a few weeks ago and the money was debited from my card but I have not received any confirmation email for my order, I wrote several emails without any response from them! If I don't receive any news, I'll take the necessary measures!!! I can't recommend them, I'm very disappointed, I expected better! Order number : #447106 Hello, thank you for your reply, but I don't have a tracking number, so I don't have anything to follow the parcel? Can you send me a tracking confirmation email?
