Didn’t receive package and customer service won’t respond

This wig was supposed to be human hair mix! It was very tangled and feels like Barbie doll hair! I can’t even wear it! 😡

Order was canceled due to the item being out of stock, still haven't received refund.

Quick Shipping,Package Packed Securely ....Daily Tracking Updates...Very Good Professional Company.

Thank You So So Much

If I could give negative stars I would my experience buying from this company has been coincidentally horrific, everytime I have purchased items for some reason that don’t say sold out have been refunded to me without reason or say so when purchasing if it said sold out I wouldn’t be upset but purchasing the items I want just for them to be refunded to my account no matter what the status of my account is has caused nothing but problems because once the money is spent it’s gone so when they refund the money my account takes the money so lose the money and the wig which has happened now more than once and then no explanation from the company or offer for me to get a different wig or did I want to wait for compensation for a new shipment to arrive no warning nothing to prepare my acocunt so it’s randomly refunded. Before I can get prepared so all in all no response from customer service no email and no wig from my purchase so I’m pissed that this keeps happening and I will have to find a new company to shop with until the website is fully functioning to call out it’s sold out items or items they no longer carry before I press check out and spend hundreds of dollars.

Et ils me répondent juste "on va l'envoyer aujourd'hui.".

Items are showing available at the time I place an order & in good favor, I PAY 💰… only to get a notification days later that an item that I’ve paid for will not be delivered…. If it’s not available… online should show such. Why must I keep paying for items that are NOT available??? 2nd time happening within 10days … not good customer service at all
