I like that the product doesn't take long to ship. I like the hair color. I don't like is I know the hair is a synthetic blend but it tangles fast in anything my clothes and my necklaces. I always synthetic hair but this type was not what I was expecting. But overall I will order again

I spent many hours looking for the right wig, watched countless videos on YouTube learning how to wear your wig and what it looks like on a real person. The wig I choose was not only the color and style I wanted but was also supposed to be a great beginner wig. I was very excited when I received it after waiting months to purchase the right one. I can’t explain in words my horror this wig was. It was not silky soft it was tangled and shed worse than my own thinning hair. I can’t touch it without the hair just falling out. It’s missing a strap and it was said to be adjustable to most heads, it does not go small enough for mine. The only positive thing I can say about this wig is the color is really pretty unfortunately I will never beable to wear it.

The wig did NOT look Like human hair. Instead of soft, shiny "curly coils," the wig was made of thin, dry, fuzzy and frizzy twists. The wig looked like something one would wear to a costume party! I am very, very disappointed with purchase and will be returning for a refund. This will be my first and last time purchasing from your company.
