They make sure to note in their disclaimer that if the hair doesn't look like the ones in you tube, they are not responsible. Well, when I received the Baba wig; it was course, hard, dry and huge. It look nothing like the picture they advertise or the videos. They market well to get you to buy and once that happen you are responsible for returns and 20% re stocking fee. So it's not even worth returning. My first and last time purchasing. Very disappointed!!!

Used promo code to get discount. Changed my mind canceled order to pick different wig. Picked new wig was unable to use discount code. Had to make a new profile to apply new discount code. Cancelled order on 7/3 now 7/10 still no refund. Called Elevate Styles Customer Service & My Bank. Elevate Styles said "processed refund" My Bank said "We don't see a refund pending". Me = Irritated The wig I did reorder did come in the mail within 2days with the standard shipping so that was pretty quick.

The wig came super quick. The hair is still soft. It’s has a kinky texture to it a bit so it looks more natural. I love it. Will buy more.

I initially went online to check out Elevate Styles' reviews since I was unfamiliar with the company. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they received very high reviews for the quality of their wigs and customer service. It was also important for me to know that Elevate Styles is located in the USA and they're in New Jersey. Next, I viewed Trendy Kay on YouTube as she modeled, discussed and cut the wigs. She was wonderful. Her videos really caused me to take a chance and I'm really glad I did (thanks TK). I purchased four wigs (and two stocking caps were included). Like Trendy Kay, I needed to cut/trim the wigs (with the help of my hair stylist) that I decided to keep so that they'd work for my face and style. There is only one wig that was delivered in the wrong color and I liked it the least so this one will be returned. I haven't experienced ES customer service for my return yet but I sincerely hope that their service (as noted online) is as excellent as their products. Overall, the wigs are soft, stylish, inexpensive and I love the hair texture. They were also delivered on time. I will definitely continue to shop for wigs at Elevate Styles!

The last 4 wigs I have purchased has not been what I expected at all. The hair was thin and you could feel the combs through the hair. Don't think I'm ordering again!
