Update: To be fair, I finally received my order 2 weeks after they said my package delivered. I opened an online investigation with USPS & they were able to re-track my pkg. However, Elevate Styles STILL did nothing to assist. It's still a gamble if you order from them because they could careless if your package arrives or not...very non-chalant "customer service". BUYER BEWARE...hate that too because I love my wig! 😣😣 HORRIBLE customer service. They shipped via USPS, gave me the tracking information & said it was delivered but wasn't't in my mailbox! They were closed when I tried to reach them on Friday, 6/29/18 @ 7:02 cst, so i emailed them. Called them first thing this morning to find out, it's a family owned business & only 1 lady answers the phone. When I asked for a supervisor, she transferred me to an ext that went straight to voicemail! said they will have to file a claim with USPS (which i already did on Friday!). I used them again because I love this wig & my 1st order shipped quickly & I received it within 3 days. So bummed out...they basically robbed a single mother. Took my money, NO PRODUCT. Will definitely file a lawsuit & will let every social media site that I'm affiliated with know about their HORRIBLE customer service!!! NEVER AGAIN

I love elevate styles. They always have new wigs and products. The communication is wonderful if things are out of stock and refunds are posted fast back to your account. Shipping is outstanding very fast. My only disappointment is the restock their are many wigs I liked but couldn't get because the colors was out of stock if you don't plan to get more of a certain wig then take it down. I love the products and quality of them.

It was delivered sooner than I expected. The color was perfect. Number 4 from other wig companies are too dark. They informed me when my order would be delivered.
