It didn’t arrive

I was forced to purchase a new magazine because you refuse to stock parts kits or provide an STL file for the magazine feed lips. Bad design (too easy to break) and outrageous price for a new magazine.

The revolver I received would not lock the chamber in place. So I got sent a broken gun that I know have to pay to send to get my money back. And it was a Christmas gift

Update:I apparently exploited what I thought was a black friday sale a website error which seems easily explained In an email but instead they choose to comment to me here very professional! Placed an order over black Friday saw a great deal cancelled other purchases to get it just to wake up to my order cancelled when I reached out about it I was given no response i understand mistakes happen but I refuse to do business with a company that can't even do the bare minimum of communication

Got an email saying info on my card was wrong and was not sending package. Info was correct.

Kept declining my order for card not matching billing address when it does. Will not order again

I ordered a mag for 1911 that came with a free rebuild kit and never got the rebuild kit not sure why
