Good price, better product, best service.

As a follow-up I did receive an email response last night. Elitewill will be sending me the two bolts that I need to finishing installing the tow hooks that I ordered. It has been more of a process than I would have desired. At least I should be getting them in 3-5 days. I hope this works.

Prices for items were great, emails stating when items shipped and received. Items received in good condition and on time.

Been trying for days to contact Elitewill. They will not answer the phone, return voice messages, answer emails or chats. My tow hooks came in missing the bolts/hardware and I cannot install them until I get the rest of the equipment. I am now asking for a return / refund but again they will not response.

Order damaged due to poor packaging. Left 2 voice messages and 2 emails, no response. I see response to review 1 hour after posting. No emails found anywhere. No message on the voice mail about what company you actually call. Elitewill, look up order 2017 and call please.

I had difficulty finding parts specifically for my 2019 RAM 1500 classic, so I was prepared to receive the wrong item. NOPE! Parts were as described, and even though install instructions were for the 1500 new body, the parts were correct and bolted on in about 30 minutes, probably a lot less if you're young and spry. (I am old and arthritic) Thanks!
