I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered the Non-Painful Portable Fingertip Digital Display Glucometer, but it took a full month just to arrive—and when it finally did, they sent the completely wrong item. ​To make matters worse, it has now been three months since the mistake, and I still have not received my refund despite following up. The process has been misleading, disorganized, and completely unacceptable for a health device. ​Save yourself the headache and buy from a reliable vendor instead.
