I had a problem with the pedal not working with an instructor’s recorded lesson. Turns out it wasn’t the pedal. James’ responsiveness and willingness to help was extremely appreciated.

Ryan, thank you! That means so much to me, and I’m grateful you’re using the Elmore Pedal. I love the idea of you brushing up on drums while teaching your daughter guitar, getting your own chops back and helping her build hers! Sharing music together is pretty special. So glad Elmore gets to be a small part of that.

Get the Elmore pedal! It’s a total game-changer for staying hands-on with your instrument while you learn from that on-line lesson. It'll save you A LOT of time, and you'll learn faster and more accurately. Also, the customer service is on another level—James is the best! I had an older model that couldn't be updated, and he just sent me a new one for free! Seriously the best service I've ever had. Go grab one!"

This honestly means the world to us, thank you. I built Elmore because I was frustrated with constantly breaking focus while practicing… and hearing that it’s helping you stay in the flow and actually learn faster is exactly why it exists. And I really appreciate you calling out the customer service. If something isn’t right, I’ll always do everything I can to fix it. That’s just how I believe it should be. Grateful for you and for you spreading the word. Keep playing. 🎸

Doesn’t work on my ipad or iMac. Only works on YouTube on my Windows laptop, not on Chrome or my Musopia accounts.

Hi James, Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the Elmore Pedal. Learning guitar should feel fun and approachable, and it's great to know the pedal is making that experience even smoother for you. We designed it to be incredibly intuitive so whether you're just starting out or picking it back up, you can focus more on playing and less on setup. And we’re glad the app integration felt painless that was a big priority for us! Thanks again for the support, and keep on rocking!
