The shopping experience was great; my chair arrived within the estimated timeframe, the chair was exactly what I expected, the white glove delivery was good, and the prices were the best I could find (both online and in stores).

Exceptional experience with the customer service!! Rhonda was an exceptional CS representative. She was absolutely professional, helpful, patient and extended herself way beyond her call of duty to make sure that my needs for a massage chair was met with functions and economics.
