I have been trying to get a copy of my current ESA papers because I was moving to a new place but no one helped and said I had to purchase the papers again. I asked for a refund but they went silent. I received a response to this review which had said they " mailed it to the old address " no one ever even responded about resending the papers or even addressed the issue. My suggestion is to make 3 copies because they will not help you after they take your Money.

Hi Eydie, our apologies. That is a processing fee for our documentation to be mailed again since we processed it and mailed it to the other address that you provided. For anyone reading this review, please remember to use the address that you want to have your mail mailed to when you place your order and not the address that you don't want your mail mailed to.

Thank you so much for being very efficient and helpful throughout this entire process! I had a question and reached out to customer service. They responded within 5 minutes. I am greatly appreciative! The process was extremely quick and easy. The process from exam, to payment, to approval took 25-30 minutes tops! I am beyond satisfied and elated that I have legal documentation for future references. Thank you kindly! God Bless!

The application process was easy to complete and understand. The process also lent an opportunity to observe my overall emotional health and well being. The decision on my application was quick and worth the fee.
