FAST and EASY!
It was so easy and FAST to get our ESA cats taken care of to move in to our new place in a few days. They had great customer service to set up my package, the therapist called in a few hours, asked great questions about our conditions, and we had our letters in 30 minutes. We were able to upload our letters to the apartment pet screening app and get the verification started. We are so grateful that this was handled with professionalism, care, and expediency.
