Need more countries.

Very good service, much or most of the time. However, there are times when it stalls, hiccups, delays my connections. In those cases, it's an extra headache to troubleshoot and deal with.

Connection to servers for my iPad and iPhone continues to be hit and miss, causing me distress.

I have already sent you a response explaining why I am not actively using it atm but wish to keep and am happy to pay for my subscription

Might interfere with other apps (adblockers) and not connect. Sometimes misidentifies network and phone restart is needed to fix it. Won’t connect on some captive page Wi-Fi which is very annoying since most public Wi-Fi have captive pages. Full subscription is quite expensive among other von options.

When Encrypt.me works, I don't even notice. However, I have had the problem that it will not connect to a public wifi (usually in an airport). Sometimes, I can get it to connect but usually when it wont connect, the only thing I can do is remove the app from my iPhone. When you have a multi-hour lay over, I'd rather have an unprotected connection than none at all. It usually happens at least once on every trip.

Can’t always connect.

Fast and easy to use, but sometimes it inexplicably fails to connect and I have no idea what to do other than "turn it off".
