I still find that in some locations I am unable to make a connection with the Encrypt me VPN server. My iPad keeps trying to make this connection negating making a connection without the VPN.

Sometimes the app does not work on my laptop

Encrypts for sure, but not BBC iPlayer. Tried all of their UK servers, all of them are blocked by iPlayer. The customer service was blazingly fast to respond and confirm that they are not specialized blocking streaming websites such as BBC iPlayer.

The app habitually locks me out of my internet connection. When I open the app, it says I am not connected to the internet. I end up having to reinstall the profile at least once every two to three weeks.

Reliable until recently. Now there is some disconnect where I can't tell if communications are being encrypted or not because of changes in the interface. I've tried re-installing a few times but not improvement. I've been told i need to wait for an update.

Lately speed has not been good. And they have considerable competition now on Apple platforms that are much cheaper.

Easy to use, easy to work with web site. Program works well. Down side - price $9.99/month expensive.

it seems to work fine, for what its designed form but it interferes with my Apple Airport / Time Machine wireless backup, so I must turn it off each time I come home, and back on again each time I leave.
