Stay Away. Terrible company with no ethics. So hard to cancel subscription.

This company is dodgy. As other reviewers note, you can't actually cancel your subscription online. And they stand by a limited refund policy. Any credible business wouldn't make it so difficult to opt out of their product and would accept returns (unopened, of course). Helped a bit, but not enough to justify the very high price. Edit to respond: It is true, like another commenter on here, I could only skip or pause on the portal. There was no option to cancel the subscription. Perhaps you need to take these comments seriously and explore if there is an issue you are unaware of. I was trying to cancel via my phone. 2nd edit. The review from Chris in January 2026 says the same thing. He had the same problem. Could skip, or pause but not cancel. It’s been cancelled now because I emailed directly. In the mean time I’ve got $104 worth of product I don’t want, cant afford and wouldn’t have paid for if I could cancel it when I went into the portal. I stand by the review and my experience. I’m not the only one

Great product up until the point you want to stop your subscription. You cant actually completely stop your subscription you can only delay the next shipment. I emailed the company on several occasions asking that they stop my subscription only to have them sent a completely different order than I originally ordered and more expensive. Beware people entering into a subscription with these people. Dishonest business dealings.
