They used to give you AHA/Red Cross certification but now they give you some other thing that looks and sounds like it but won't be accepted by your hospital. They do their best to hide this from you until you get surprised by not getting the right kind of card. Cannot find any way to get my money back. Stay away.

I was an instructor for them The first year was great. Then it became a nightmare getting paid.. at one time the owed me over 3 thousand dollars. ,After jumping through hoops I got most of it They pay me something to get me to teach another class. So to get paid I had to keep teaching. then I got message from Red Cross not to teach any more classes for them I also had student contact me saying they never received cards. I was also duped..

Needed CPR class for dental license renewal. First class was canceled, next class announced location change that would not work for me. With deadline approaching, I opted to pay additional fee for in-home private class. That was canceled shortly before instructor was due to arrive. Final option with them to get certified on time was to take a FaceTime class. I was told to call the instructors cell phone at a specific time. She did not answer her phone. Was able to get certified in time through another company. Enjoy CPR did refund my upcharge for the individual class, but refused to refund my original $79 fee for the group class.

Scam and illegal use. I am a Red Cross instructor. This company falsely represents themselves as being either AHA or Red Cross providers. They are neither. I know a couple of people who have received "Red Cross certifications" from them, but when they try to verify those certifications (the Red Cross has a 6 or 7 digit code to do so), they are fake. I have heard directly from students that take the classes that they will tell some students it is an AHA BLS class and some it is a Red Cross BLS class IN THE SAME CLASS. I know others that taught for them and never got paid. This company is blatantly breaks the law yet is run by a Pastor (George Barnes at empowerment temple, look him up). That is probably a scam too.

Avoid this company! They will take your payment, cancel your class numerous times, and ignore your requests for a refund. Their customer rep., Taja, nice though she seems, is the only person with whom you can get in touch, and she says it's out of her hands. She said she notifies a supervisor of the issue -- by email only -- and gets no response. Taja can't provide a name, number, or location for whomever is in charge. They need to be sued!
