Envision SecurityReviews of envnow.com

For being brand new to sales and your company, we were impressed with Devon. Professional, knowledgable and punctual. His partner did a good job as well. Thanks for saving us money in comparison to ADT. I referred Don Zelenka to your company and he had entire system and camera installed. When and where will I see the $100????

Signed up with Envision Security inc. From the start I could tell Shota, our sales Representative would go above and beyond to gain our business. Shota was able to answer all our questions so we could make a informed decision if the alarm system offered would meet our needs.. As well Shota insured us he will also be there if we have questions or require support in the future. The installer provided a clean, professional installation and the equipment used was top quality. I'm one of the most picky customers out there. I am happy to say from start to finish this is the company I would recommend for all your alarm and home automation needs. Everything works perfect!

We were skeptical because our initial interaction was with a sales rep soliciting door-to-door. We told him to come back at a later time that day because we wanted to do research. Envision was highly rated by Angie's list and by the BBB so we were comfortable hearing about their technology and offerings. We had another security company for 15 years, had no complaints but wanted to upgrade our system. We signed up with Envision and had their system installed the next day. Technician knew his business and did an excellent job. We would recommend this company to friends and family. The only reason we gave a 4 star rating is because we do not like door-to-door soliciting.

I have had my system for about 9 months now and very pleased with it. I had a small issue with my motion sensor because of my dog and when I contacted Envision they came right out and resolved the issue. The people there are very friendly and provide a very smooth transaction and installation. I would recommend Envision to anyone as I know they would have as good of an experience as I did.

Truth be told, I was very skeptical about installing a security system, however, my experience with Envision Security was exceptional. There truly is no price on feeling safe. All my dealings with this company have been more than satisfactory.....from the sales rep, to the install tech to the customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending Envision Security to anyone who is considering a security system for their home!

I have had Security systems in the past but never had the problems that I had with this system. First it was the motion detector. Not once but two or three times. Mostly it has been the company that monitors the system. They are so fast to call the police and at 72 I can not afford to pay $96 every time the police come out. I opened the door to let the dog out(I forgot that the alarm was on. The last alarm people would call me to see if everything was okay. Not this one, they call the police. The wind blows and the alarm goes off. They call my Ex husband, email me, call my granddaughter, but do not call me on my cell phone. They instead call the police. I am afraid to set the alarm when I am home, because if it goes off, they call the police. I have begged the company to please let me out of this contract and they refuse. I feel that I am paying for something that I can't use. Why would any alarm service call everyone except the homeowner when something like that happens. I had my cell phone with me and was about a block away and the garage door was not open.

I proved that they are honest on what they say. Thanks to an error that I made one day, that the alarm turned on, the company called us through the alarm, brought the cops here quickly, we explained the error to the cops which showed us that it really works. Thank you for your service.

I have been using ADT for past 8 years and there services have gone from bad to worse over the past few years. Every year the cost was increasing. One fine day, one Envision Security person knocked on the door and explained about their services. I decided to switch over as I was getting the much more services at a much lower price than ADT. Now I can control my panel from cell phone or over internet. Get alerts on Cellphone when something happens. When the alarm goes off I can actually speak to a live person over the panel itself. Even my garage is now protected. Overall I am extremely happy with my decision to switch from ADT
