The Envision representative was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had as well as the technician who came in to install our system. I like the flat rate and option to upgrade anytime without being committed to a contract. Also, the equipment is user-friendly and we don't get penalized for accidentally setting it off when we were first getting used to it. I love our system and wish we had done it sooner!

I have had Envision Security for several months now. So far, it has been a great experience. My family and I have never felt more safe and comfortable in our home. They are very affordable and have a very fast response team. I would highly recommend Envision to anyone.

We we're approached to switch our ADT to Envision and upon further reading they we're ranked high in just about every area! We agreed to let them switch us over (for free) and we've been happy ever since! We love the latest technology to protect our family:)

We were not able to spend a lot of time with the sales/marketing person (Dylan) when he first came to the door. He made an appt for the following day. In the meantime, we checked out the company on the Internet. We also called our existing security provider to determine what it would cost to upgrade our service through them. Dylan kept the appt and explained the whole process and cost structure to us. Our existing provider could not match, or even reduce, the cost structure or services provided by Envision. We signed up and the installation was completed the following day. We were able to disconnect our landline phone, saving us $30 a month. We now have wireless functionality for less than we were paying before...we saved $15 a month. Dylan was knowledgeable, respectful and a joy to work with!

I would like to take this time to share my experience with envision security . I am very satisfied with my service , envision security has excellent customer support and fast response times. There services are very competitive to their competitors. I am very satisfied customer.

I was a long time subscriber to ADT. When the Envision Security Personnel visited my home to switch my security requirements I was impressed with their ethics, professionalism, and lack of high pressure to switch. I changed my security company and I am glad I did. Service has been GREAT.

I exchanged my old security system for Envision about 2 months ago. I was first impressed with the personnel who walked me through the advantages and the features with Envision that I did not have with my old system. I was especially pleased to notice that it could not be crashed and trashed. I am a senior citizen living by myself and it is a great feeling to know that my house is protected and I am protected by a great security system.
