The Salesperson I have used the 40 years, is out on leave. The person replacing her was timely, efficient and pleasant.

Left a star because I could not give a review without at least one star. I have been using the Erno Laszlo products off and on since 1970’s. As a licensed esthetician, (trained at Dr. Payot in Paris), I had my own custom skin care line for years - make a long story short, just the other day I purchased Laszlo’s Phelityl Oil Cleanser - the previously 200 ml bottle is now a 190 ml one- same price…second product purchased, chose the 50 ml Phelityl Reviving Cream - not full, not even 40 ml - disappointing new marketing farce and management - their response had no validity. But the worst of all is when I checked if the products are Cruelty Free - they are not! “Ethical Elephant” a reliable cosmetics site, describes it clearly: “cosmetics sold in stores in mainland China are required by law to be tested on animals”… heartbreaking!

Great products all arrived expediently. Love that they are gentle and effective! I alternate with my acne treatment to keep my skin glowing!
