Seems to be good product for decent price

The swing set is very well made, and it arrived on time. The instructions are not very good, but you can make it work with a little planning. The price was very good. We have six grandkids under the age of 4, we think it is going to work great.

Pros are the item is just like pictures and came in fast. Cons are it does not come with a tarp to set up on top of and think it should especially if you’re spending that amount of money. The last negative is the bag could be made of better quality.

Update #3. Its June 9th and still fighting with this company. They sent the wrong parts. I'm totally fed up. All you get is the same automated message when you try to get help from customer service. Update #2. May 23rd. Buyer beware. I bought the directly from Erommy thinking if I had any problems.....they would be solved in a timely manner. BIG MISTAKE. I paid my contractor to assemble this gazebo. Waiting on the missing screws. Now missing brackets. Cannot complete assembly without them. I'm so frustrated at this point. Will be disputing payment as I cant seem to get any customer service. Update: After several attempts finally received a reply. Parts were shipped by them on May 6th and received on Wednesday, May 14th. Again this was a very frustrating process as I order from Erommy directly and not through a third party. As a company, they MUST do better. Not even a mention of a discount for the inconvenience they caused. ******** I ordered the EROMMY 12X14 Florida Sunroom for Backyard Greenhouse with Sliding Door. Hired a contractor to install on Monday April 28th. Upon opening carton 8/9 it was discovered that Parts 1-21 were missing. I have emailed Erommy several times asking if the parts can be Fed Ex to me and get a general response. It's now Friday, May 2nd and still have not received a response. You call their customer service number and cant speak with anyone...best yet cannot leave a message as mailbox is full. I came to them directly instead of going through a third party. Not Happy. At least have the courtesy to respond.

Fast shipping was great. Having a problem with air valve can't close it off without 40% deflation. Sent a email to sevice@erommy last night and don't have a response yet for my issue? David

Great, good quality

The instructions were good for the most part and quality of pieces was good. I ran out of wooden pegs but I didn't count them before I started. Was able to continue without them. There was a knot in a support board that made the board break when I screwed into it. Again I was able to continue. The house is very cute and my granddaughter loves it!
