My items arrived quickly, but in separate deliveries. The gazebo was installed today by two friends. It looks really nice, but will be even better when they come back to hang the curtains and mosquito netting.

Bought my packages show up in my neighbors house one big package was ripped open missing items. After requesting return, nobody’s getting back to me. I sent numerous pictures with package open and missing items. Customer service is horrible. Better Business Bureau is getting report.

The shipment arrived fairly quickly from FedEx. But even though the boxes were in perfect shape, some of the pieces were bent and scratched. Also, the louvers do not close all the way so when it rains it drips. For the cost of the pergola, you would expect undamaged goods. We'll see how it holds up! Other than that, the directions were straight forward and easy to follow.

NO spare parts from EROMMY! After sending everything EROMMY asked for, my request for a Replacement Part, for a three year old Gazebo. WAYFAIR. who sold it was of no help either, and HAD THE NERVE to send me OVER 40 Ads, to buy another Gazebo from them. I Ordered from Home Depot, a 4' X 8" plastic panel for $250......It doesn't match, but stops the RAIN! I'll NEVER BUY from EROMMY, or Wayfair AGAIN. (Erommy AGAIN replied asking for information they NEVER RESPONDED to earlier....their WHAREHOUSE already said my part was; "NOT-IN-STOCK"and I am replacing their part, from Home Depot, WHICH DOES NOT MATCH, MY GAZEBO., BUTWILL KEEP OUT THE RAIN!)

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be advised that we do sell parts. However, if the product you ordered is currently out of stock or has been updated to a new version, then unfortunately, we are unable to send out new parts. You can send a screenshot of your order and a screenshot of the parts you need to our customer service email at [email protected]. We will check with our team to see if the parts are still in stock.
