Great locking bag!
The locking bag is just right not to small not to big. Smell proof is a great plus. It just what I needed.

Customer service is basically…
Customer service is basically unreachable the order claims there are bonus gifts and there were none. I’ve inquired numerous times and I get no response. Truly unacceptable even if their products are good no customer service means they suck.

Hi Andy, Thank you for reaching out. I have personally replied to every email you sent, even assisting in applying an additional 15% discount for your purchase to match our current sale. As mentioned in the email I sent previously, we include different gifts - such as Lanyards, Mylar bags, etc. They are pre-packaged into each bag. Please double check all of the pockets on your bag and you are likely to find the gifts!
