I really enjoy my new Eskute T300 Pro. It is built very solid and is comfortable to ride. The customer service was amazing, responded quickly and very helpful (thank you Tina). Definitely recommend.

DO NOT DO IT!!!! This was supposed to be a present for my sons B-Day. All was ok until it arrived. After unboxing and assembling, the bike would not run. An error code 40 appeared on the controller. I did the Trouble shooting according to the manual and also from on line. The controller seemed to be the problem. Right out of the box.....Defective. Multiple attempts to reach the seller/amazon via email and phone. Negative contact on all counts. After two weeks of attempting to contact, I tried to return. They gave me a mailing label that I had to pay for. This is obviously a scam. How they are allowed to operate is beyond me. I had to dispute the charge to get my money back. The thing is still sitting here. DON'T DO IT......

Could you please confirm that you contacted the correct seller account and support email address? Based on our technical documentation, an E40 error is typically related to a controller issue. In most cases, this can be resolved by replacing the controller, and we would be happy to provide a replacement controller under warranty. I bought 2 Eskute bikes. Both had minor issues from shipping when they arrived. I emailed customer service about the issues, and was very suprised to find that they made everything right. New parts were sent very quickly and a partial refund was given as well. Customer service always responded to every email sent! Very impressed!. The bikes are awesome as well. No disappointments here!

Customer service was great. I had an issue when my bike was delivered. I emailed customer service and they replied same day. The advice they gave me worked immediately. Within 5 minutes I had my bike up and running. Fantastic.
