they do exactly as described. i had no issue with etana. i sent the money friday afternoon and it was credited to my etana account tuesday. i could transfer it to the broker immediately. the broker credited it within 2 seconds. etana deducted a small fee from the wire. it was a good experience. i will use etana again.

Excellent service, very prompt and helpful. I think many of the bad reviews are from people who were simply impatient about their transfers taking days to go through. They always do, however, and Etana can't do anything about that after they've sent them off. There are also complaints about their somewhat demanding application process, but there's nothing wrong with their being careful on something like this.

Very glad to rate Etana's custody, using the Etana from the last year. always great service and in-time service. kudos to the team without handling the USD to crypto will be nightmare
