After a month of submitting all the required documents I was still waiting for the verification process to come to an end. I contacted support and I am glad to say that their response was fast and positive, my account was verified within the day.

I only started to apply because of the connection with Kraken as an option to fund, but after going through a process of identifying that's seems way more than any government job I have worked for, I stopped in the middle of the application and decided to look up reviews to see if this whole process would be worth it. Nah, changed my mind.
