Loved my experience with Eterneva! The dedication that their team has to helping you create the perfect diamond and memento of your loved one is unmatched. It is a long process but they check in with on every step of the way, and were ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. One of my favorite interactions I had with them was after I had told them more about my mom (who the diamond is) they introduced her to the team and when I was talking to my consultant she said “I think you’re mom would have really loved the science aspect of this.” (Mom was a science teacher) and I hadn’t even thought of that but it was so true! They just really listen and get to know your loved one—they are not just trying to sell you something. It is absolutely worth the investment to have a piece of your loves one with you always. I cannot recommend them enough, and if you are thinking about doing this for your loved one, go for it! Thank you to Liz especially for helping me convey my ideas to the jeweler so I could get exactly what I was envisioning.

I am more than happy with my dad’s diamond and my experience with Eterneva. The team went out of their way to make the experience special and my diamond arrived in first class packaging. I will cherish my dad’s diamond forever.

I had the most wonderful experience working with Eterneva. I lost my mother about a year ago and knew I needed to find a way to honor her and have her with me everyday. 1.8 years ago, I lost my husband/soulmate and best friend to Brain Cancer at 52. 1 month prior to his passing he told me he wanted me to turn some of his ashes and my hair into a diamond after he passed; a diamond that sparkled, brought beauty, memories, light, warmth, love and a smile to my face everyday while wearing it. I was very concerned with the amount of time it took for my diamond and the upfront payment.., I was very upset and I was treated so respectfully …. Everyone I dealt with assured me and gave me all information I requested. I now have my beautiful diamond on my finger and I LOVE it. Thank you Eterneva!

I was trying to find the perfect way to honor my heart dog, Phoenix, when I stumbled across Eterneva. I set up a consultation with a lovely lady who walked me through the process and answered my questions with compassion and patience. She even gave me her number so I could text her with questions, which I did, but was also careful to not abuse it. The kit I received was so lovely. Everything was packaged nicely. The directions were clear and succinct and the custom video they included was heart felt and a beautiful touch. I sent off her ashes and they sent me videos and updates every step of the way. I got an itinerary of her journey and most was accurate, if not a little shorter time than expected. I got to see her going into the crucible, her puried carbon, the rough diamond, everything. They recorded the entire process showing me the matching names and numbers, ensuring it was her I was getting back. I chose a green, .4-.49 heart cut diamond and I chose to have it set in a ring by a jeweler they use in their area. I sent reference pictures, they sent drawings and my perfect, dream ring came to life! The delivery package was incredibly sweet. I documented my entire journey on Facebook so others could follow along. Phoenix touched so many lives, a once in a lifetime dog. It only felt appropriate to include others in the process. I already plan on honoring others in my family the same way. This whole process was cathartic and beautiful. I highly recommend Eterneva if you are looking for something extra special as a memorial for your loved one(s). The whole process took just over a year from receiving the collection kit to getting her back after being set in the ring. *I have posted pictures on their Google review page, but I can't seem to add pictures here.

The process and timing of my diamond was exactly how they said would be, less then or up to a year. They custom designed a setting for me and it was amazing. The packaging and presentation were pristine, chic, modern and classy. The wall of Honor they have in the office shows an act of compassion, genuine empathy and respect. Looking at the wall with all the loved ones pets and all was breathtaking, and they have enough carbon to make up to 4 diamonds. The gift that keeps giving and living.
