I recently moved and was happy to see that my current internet provider was available at my new address. However, after many frustrating phone calls to switch my account and spending many minutes on the phone trying desperately to get a “real” person; I changed my mind! Everest was recommended to me as a local internet provider at a much better price; so I called. The person “a real person” that answered the phone, the very patient and competent installer, the first free month, all have convinced me that I made the right decision to make the change to Everest Fiber Network!

I canceled Everfast around the end of October 2024 because they were no longer offering services. Everfast kept billing me monthly despite the fact I no longer had service. When they finally figured this out, which took months, my account shows I have a $48 credit. I have asked multiple times for the credit to be sent back to me; however, since early this year, it has not been credited. This company more than SUCKS! NEW CONSUMERS BEWARE!! We've had fiber internet from Everfast for several years now. The service has been fast, and cheaper than most of their competitors. They also gave us 2 months free on our initial contract. We haven't had to interact with customer service as we haven't had any issues, so I can't speak to that, but we've been more than satisfied with our internet service.
