I sent a request and also sent an email to two different addresses. It said you would get a response within 12-24 hours. A week has now passed and I still haven't received an answer. I looked at the website and was very convinced of the work this company does, unfortunately I haven't been able to become part of it until now. I hope that can change after this cover letter.

Vendor was not able to produce badge to the quality level we were expecting. The stitched letters were too irregular.

Hi Roger, We are very sorry we didn't meet your expectation. As you know, we are very patient and really want to make it perfect for you. We have made 6 revised samples for you. But your design is just impossible to make the stitched letter exactly the same as artwork (as you know it is stitched. Stitched letter is different from printed letter). Thank you. The leather patch is cool. The logo is off-center. Also, it is almost impossible to use for the purpose it was purchased for (despite complete disclosure of the intended purpose). And, it was very expense. The customer service was friendly--but did not help us successfully deploy their product.
