You cannot question them, you will be expelled
I am another victim of bad protocol. I purchased a kit based on the advertisement stating that they did 12 point analytical testing with greater than 99% purity. I pulled the COA and it was not 12x tested and it was rated at >98% purity. I sent screen shots and said i was not accusing false advertising, but i was uncomfortable using a product with a different COA than advertised. I was told that >98% is 99% and I was given a copy of their “all sales are final” and was immediately blocked and they would no longer do business with me. Also, they overcharge on state taxes. When i asked them about taxes I was told that they are a business and i should expect to pay. Their customer service is severely lacking and i was treated horribly. I am now fearful to use the items i purchased. Edit: Since I posted this review I was asked to send my personal information to Evolve or my review could be marked invalid. "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." I absolutely did NOT want to do that, but I wanted my review to stand. I can only hope that they use my information to review my experience only and not to hurt me for speaking on my experience.
